Lobbying

Anchorage Municipal Code requires a lobbyist to register with the Municipal Clerk's Office before engaging in any lobbying activity.  The lobbyist must file a notarized registration statement annually.

If a registered lobbyist ceases the lobbying activity that required registration, the lobbyist must submit to the Municipal Clerk's Office a written notice of termination within ten days of cessation.
