Fire Plan Review

Fire Plan Review will be short staff from April 21 through May 2.  
There will be limited plan reivew and NO WALK Throughs.

​​We are currently experiencing staffing shortages in our Electrical Inspections division.  Please schedule your inspections as usual, but during this shortage we cannot guarantee a same day inspection.  We apologize for an inconvenience.​

​2020 NEC​ ADOPTED​

The MOA has adopted the 2020 NEC with Amendments. Electrical Permits issued after June 1, 2023 will be required to meet that standard.

Commercial Retrofit Permits​​

Retrofit permits are limited to projects involving fire, electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations where engineering is not required by state law. Retrofit permits shall not be used on projects involving work requiring a building permit or projects requiring a change of use permit. Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical retrofit permits may be used on the same project. Plan review is not required.​
