About Aging & Disability Resource Center
The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is the place to start to find out about the variety of programs that are available to assist you in the community. ADRC serves as a one stop resource center, our trained and certified Resource Specialists are available to answer your questions and help you understand and navigate a wide variety of resources. ADRC prevents those seeking long-term care support from having to navigate the maze of services alone. ADRC promotes choice and independence for those who need information and assistance regarding long-term care services in our community. ADRC protects the rights of seniors and those with disabilities to have the most current, reliable and unbiased information available on long-term care options and services.

Chugach Manor/ Spruce View Services
The Service Coordinator, assists over 240 seniors and or individuals with disabilities, to maintain their independent living in Chugach Manor and View. The residents are supported with case management, advocacy, access to community resources, benefits and any other supports as needed.

What We Do
Application Assistance
Contact a Resource Specialists with questions and concerns you have about public and private benefit programs. Our specialist will help you access programs such as Social Security, Medicaid, Public Assistance and more.
Options Counseling
Our Resource Specialists can assistant you and your family plan for you future by participating in objective, in depth conversation to help you understand your potions and make the best decision for yourself or your loved ones.
ADRC First Prescreens
The ADRC First prescreen is the first step in the Medicaid Waiver application process. For more information regarding the ALI or APDD waiver process, call the ADRC in Anchorage at 907-343-7770 or to schedule a prescreen call 1-855-565-2017.
ADRC Outreach - Brown Bag Education Series
Monthly Educational Presentations on topics of interest to residents of the Anchorage area that may be helpful to you, your friends, loved ones & clients. Break away from your daily routine, bring your lunch if you want to and join us for an opportunity to learn something new! Series is held at the BP Energy Center from Noon-1:00 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
