Important: The amount listed below for each case number does not include collection agency fees, if applicable.

• If the Case Status below shows as "At Collection Agency Professional Credit Services", you MUST contact the following agency: Professional Credit Services (PCS) click here. Additional amounts may be due to the collection agency, which are not reflected above.
• The MOA will not accept payments on cases that have been referred to the collection agency unless for payment of Scofflaw fines in full. (​Collection agency fees may still be due after payment.)
  

• If a payment on a referred case is misdirected to the MOA rather than to the collection agency, significant delays may occur, and your payment may not be processed in a timely fashion.
