Our Mission:
The Purchasing Department works collaboratively to provide both customer-oriented and solution-oriented results. We operate ethically and responsibly to manage and oversee the procurement needs for the Municipality of Anchorage.
Who is Purchasing?
The Purchasing Department is responsible for the procurement of supplies, services, and construction for all Municipal operations. This is done through the competitive bidding process in accordance with Title 7 of Municipal Code, Federal and State laws and regulations.
