How do I file a Notice of Intent to Respond to Public Solicitation?

Notices of Intent to Respond to Public Solicitation must be submitted on the form prescribed by the Municipal Clerk.  This form can be obtained on the Board of Ethics Webpage.  A fee of $15.00 is required to process the notice.

Where do I file my notice?

The Notice of Intent to Respond to Public Solicitation must be filed with the Municipal Clerk's Office.  The Clerk's Office will provide you with a copy of the form to submit with your bid to the Purchasing Department.  The Clerk's Office will publish your notice of the Municipal Website.  The Municipal Clerk will make the notice available to the Board of Ethics at its next scheduled regular meeting for their review.
