Resolution No. AR 2002-153a resolution of the Anchorage Municipal Assembly approving a Master Plan to create a basic project framework for Plan elements such as, but not limited to, access points, circulation patterns, perimeter buffers, creek alignment, setbacks and land use designations. Approval of the Master Plan does not establish approval for underlying zoning districts, specific uses, densities, traffic generation, site plans for specific parcels, etc. The purpose of the Master Plan is to comply with AO 2001-24(S), Condition E.2. Generally located on Alaskan Village Subdivision, Lots 32 through 45, Block 1, and Lots 20 through 47, Block 2 and a portion of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 24, T13N, R3W, located at the southwest corner of Muldoon Road and DeBarr Road (Alaskan Village/Muldoon Town Center) (Case 2002-036).
