Office of Equity & Inclusion
The Office of Equity & Inclusion (OEI) develops, supports, and implements policies and practices that improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in our Municipal government, thereby increasing the overall wellbeing and success of all Anchorages residents. The OEI also works with community stakeholders and residents to elevate and activate the impact and influence of community voices on local government policies and operations.
