Delinquent Criminal/Civil Fines and Fees (DCF)
The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) will not accept payments on cases that have been referred to our 3rd party collection agency unless for payment of Scofflaw fines paid in full.
If a payment on a referred case is mailed or delivered to the MOA rather than to the collection agency, significant delays may occur, and your payment may not be processed in a timely fashion.
If your case has been referred to collections, you must pay the collection agency directly. Click here for Professional Credit collection agency's contact information.

Payments can be made online or by phone with a credit or debit card, or an electronic check. The third party vendor providing this service is ACI Payments Inc. (ACI) who charges a convenience fee of 2.55% per transaction (the MOA does not charge or receive any proceeds from the convenience fee.)
For example:
$100.00 payment + 2.55% convenience fee = $102.55 total charge
If you will be making a payment online or by phone, you must have your case number available before contacting ACI. Click here to search the DCF database to find your case number and current amount due.
