Cottage Foods​​​

​Note: Cottage Foods in the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) can only be sold directly to the customer. No shipment of Cottage Food products is allowed. The MOA Food Code can be found here: MOA 16.60.105

Cottage foods are non-potentially hazardous food products made in a home kitchen for direct sales to the consumer that do not require time/temperature control for safety (TCS). 

Food sales are limited to $25,000 per year with a MOA Cottage Food License.
