The Invitation to Bid (ITB) process is used when a department is requesting a commodity or non-professional service that is expected to cost $50,000 or more, per Title 7 7.20.020. Awards are made to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder. All bids must be submitted to the Purchasing Department via hand or mail delivery. Emailed bids are currently not accepted.
