​2023 System Report Card

The 2023 System Report Card aims to analyze how the public transportation system, (People Mover, AnchorRIDES, RideShare), performed from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

2023 Highlights

• In March 2023, the Public Transportation Department (PTD) introduced the mStop app and upgraded its bus tracking technology, allowing riders real-time access to bus arrival times, personalized notifications and alerts affecting routes, and improved bus tracking.
  
• Digital information screens installed on all buses and at key stops provided riders with essential service-related information.
  
• Tweny-five new vehicles received in late 2022 for People Mover and AnchorRIDES fleets continued to roll out, equipped with advanced technology and improved amenities, providing riders with a quieter, more comfortable and reliable transportation experience.
  
• Record participation in PTD's triannual Rider Survey saw notable increases in positive feedback and allows PTD to continue ongoing efforts to address concerns and enhance services.
