| I also appreciate the email notification that there is a proposed change, and I agree the substance of each proposed change should be provided in the "Cases On-line" system (or at least the system should include web links to the appropriate information). | |

| While I appreciate the notification that there is a proposed change, the notification is virtually useless since there is no substance provided through the link contained in the email. As I have suggested numerous times, the proposed amendment could easily (within 3 minutes) be converted from a Word document to a pdf and be posted on line for the public to view. PLEASE upgrade your services to provide this function. Thank you. Carol Fries | |
