| I do not support the placement of temporary contained housing of any sort in a residential zoned neighborhood under ANY circumstances. However, since the MOA is requesting this change, it will pass, the only exception should be if the owner is building the house for him/her family and the house is not to be sold upon completion. At that, the temporary housing should be subject to the same setbacks as the primary structure. A permit must be applied-for and granted. The term, temporary, shall not exceed 365 days and can not be extended under ANY circumstances. | |
