I agree with Ms. Fries above. How in the world can a community council know whether this item is something they need to address? More information should be posted to meaningfully inform the public about the case. No one in municipal government should think that what has been provided is adequate public notice. | |

The description of this case provides absolutely no information that would help the viewer determine a.) where it is, b.) what it is, or c.) how it is being funded. All of this information is necessary in order for a person to either offer an opinion or know whether or not they need to come to the plannning department to review the file. Coming to the planning department to review the file during business hours is next to impossible for most working people. Is this by design? Is this intended to reduce public involvement and input? Why can these files not be scanned and posted on the web or at least a sufficient portion of the application or file to allow the reader to determine whether the case is of concern.
