| This process leaves out primary access design for properties "fitting in" to the existing infrastructure arising out of homestead laws as if ignoring them makes their importance disappear. How exactly will this process "help" support private property access? It appears that this quantification fails to quantify at all supporting primary private property access - the origin of all public transportation networks - roads; access to private property is the origin of all traffic on public "roads". This omission is striking by its planning intent. | |
