| How am I to leave a comment without being able to view the preliminary landscape plan? I'm sure the designer went through the trouble to submit a set of plans. Does the proposed plan selectively prune the vegetation along Northern Lights Blvd? Removing dead and overgrown vegetation would drastically improve the visual aesthetics of this area. | |
