| No CCRCs will be allowed to be built within the Portage Valley Community Council area without specific approval by resolution of the PVCC by any group private or otherwise. Also, the Girdwood Board of Supervisor's does not represent the PVCC and their approvals would pertain to the Girdwood valley area alone. | |
