| This plan needs to address improved drainage. The effects of the down stream flow will impact Crystal Mt Rd and has the potential to flood all the way to Arlberg. some work was recently completed in the area, however more dirt work, roads and construction will increase the flow of water down hill and greatly impact all the downhill areas. In addition, the proposed road will become icy in winter and a pedestrial pathway will be needed. Even though there are only a few lots to be developed, any pedestrians that are in the area will need to be able to walk safely away from the road. | |
