| In Muldoon at this time there is only one three story building that is commercial property that I can think of. It is south of the Proposed Muldoon Town Square and north of the Pet Clinic on the East side of Muldoon Rd. It is vacant due to no one is interested in renting the space. This building is set back from the road by about 50 yards. If the potential renters were allowed to advertise on the outer walls it might make a difference in getting a renter. I suggest that this be allowed with a sunset claus so in ten years or so when hopefully times are better that this comes up again for renewal since it will clearly have a negative effect on the buildings appearance and effect on the community in general. I know in Japan were I lived for years this was allowed. It was sign mania. More than a bit much. | |
