NO! NO! NO! Please don't approve something that endangers our community. Private preschools can't get a conditional use for an educational facility unless the zoning is right and there's no way a dump site should be in the middle of rural-residential areas!! I grew up in this area, born and raised Alaskan. My children are born and raised Alaskans. I would like for us to have another generation to add to the list. But who will want to live in a community where the park has a dump right next to it? Or water you can't drink because of pollution? Or a steam with no life in it? Or live somewhere where sickness has slowly leached into a community because of a contaminated water table?! Don't do it! Think about all the PEOPLE who are living here. Why can't the MOA dumpsite by Hiland be used? We do not need this here.

The zoning should not be changed to allow a dump of any Kind. Everyone in this area has wells for water since the city will not provide this area. If the wells are contaminated in anyway it would affect the whole area. Do not allow Eklutna Inc to use our neighborhood as a dump site. They have plenty of other land that is not populated that they can use.
