| The Huffman O'Malley Community Council is in full support of Assembly Member Starr's ordinance amending Anchorage Muncipal Code Title 21, Land use planning regarding utility substations and high voltage transmission. Conditional Use permits should required in all cases where a utility is seeking to add any Electrical Substation or Towers or any Telecommunication Towers into zoned residental areas.
