| The Tract D proposed development has been presented to the Girdwood community multiple times to the Girdwood Trails Committee, the Girdwood Land Use Committee and to the Girdwood Board of Supervisors. The Trails and Land Use committees are advisory to the Girdwood Board of Supervisors. The project has received thoughtful consideration at all levels of presentation with no substantive problems being posed. The project is in compliance with the community operative documents (Girdwood Area Plan and Commercial Areas and Transportation Plan) and in fact these plans both recommend a development such as the Tract D LLC group proposes. I have attended most of the meetings and listened to the presentation, and support the project as it is proposed. | |

| I support the Tract D LLC project. I have sat through several Trails Committee, Land Use Committee and Girdwood Board of Supervisor Meetings and have seen the designs and spoken with the designer. I believe this is a well thought out project that has community support. The designer is familiar with Girdwood and its challenges and has put together a project that complements the environment | |
