Add an additional 3 lane overpass starting at Old Seward highway, and raise 36th avenue over the existing highway. Use only 3 lanes on the overpass. Get rid of the Seward exit and entrance from 36th avenue. And make people use Tudor road to gain access to Seward highway. and use the existing exit to gain access to 36th. Create a 36th access to Seward hwy north-bound by adding a non-lighted merge lane from existing westbound access point at ground level. Why add cost and build the MAJORITY of lanes "over" when you can just raise the smaller road?????
