Applications will not be accepted until a deemed complete State of Alaska Marijuana License has been obtained

Provide the following with your new marijuana license/SLUP application:

2025 Assembly Meeting Schedule & Cut-Off Dates
  • Property Owner Approval Letter​
​Must have original signature
  • Criminal Justice Information​
​As required by AMC 10.80.056​
  • ​​Proof of Community Meeting

Cultivation facilities must also provide:

  • ​Deemed complete State of Alaska marijuana license application

  • Odor control plan​
  • Certification of power capacity
