It does not create any legal obligation or contract between the Municipality and the user, and the Municipality does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the public portal for any particular purpose.
After an Assembly meeting, legislative documents must be prepared with amendments that passed (if necessary), routed for signature and reviewed before finalized. Then they are made available through this public portal, which relies on a master index document that is updated manually by staff of the Municipal Clerk's Office. This process takes approximately 10-days. If you're searching for finalized documents from a recent meeting, please check back. Occasionally, there are errors in the master index, by clicking the Search button the user acknowledges and accepts the risk that accuracy of search results are not guaranteed. If any person identifies an error or omission in the document search results or a document summary, please inform the Municipal Clerk at the contact information below. The Municipal Clerk will review and may make corrections to the master index and search function as appropriate.
