​​​Vision

Create an economically vibrant city by investing in infrastructure for public benefit.

Goal

Raise a combined $1 billion within 3 years for infrastructure investment to catalyze equity driven wealth generation for Anchorage citizens and families.

Strategy

The task force is reverse engineering the federal budgeting process, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and Inflation Reduction Act to secure grant and forgivable loan funds that, when matched with local municipal or private funds, will allow for economic development in alignment with municipal objectives.
