​Project Background:​​

This project is managed by ACDA and will result in a district plan for the larger area of Midtown,​ which also includes portions of the Spenard and North Star community councils.​

Midtown District Plan Draft for Public Review:​​

The final draft of the Midtown District Plan, PZC Case No. 2025-0023, is available for review and comment and is scheduled for public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to the Anchorage Assembly for final action. Written comments and resolutions provided by April 14th will be included in the case packet that will go to the Planning and Zoning Commission before the May 5th meeting. Comments received later will go to the Commission in a supplementary packet.​
