• Dumpsters allowed with all development
• Dumpster screening only if in a parking lot

PROPOSED CODE

• No dumpsters for single family (except in rural residential), duplexes & triplexes
• Dumpsters must be screened
• Visible off-street loading areas must be screened by walls or fences plus landscaping
• Visible wall-mounted mechanical equipment on buildings must be screened by a wall, fence or vegetation
