​Dalton Benson, Senior Auditor

Dalton joined the Internal Audit Department in May 2019. He is a lifelong resident of Palmer, Alaska, with roots dating back to the original colony established during the Great Depression. Professionally, he has worked in a variety of fields including Aerospace and Defense Contracting, Campaign Management, and Small Business Ownership.

Dalton earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2011 with a Minor in Asian Pacific American Studies and a Certificate in Civic Education. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast in 2017. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
