​Meredith Basdaras, ASD Auditor

Meredith Basdaras joined the Internal Audit Department in February 2022 and has been with the Municipality of Anchorage since October 2019.

Meredith earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University where she assisted in leading the Accounting Club as Secretary and then President from 2010-2012. After returning to Alaska from college Meredith worked in different roles ranging from a Financial Analyst for a local telecommunication company to a manger in the Card Settlement department of a local credit union before joining the Municipality. ​
