Contract Management Section

The Contract Management Section provides contract management for the day-to-day operation and oversight of professional service contracts.  This includes custodial services, snow removal, window washing, and other similar operational services provided through contract to outside entities. Contract Management also provides Project Administration for any renovation/upgrade/repair to any municipal facility, including the Anchorage School District's swimming pools, that is $100,000 or less.
