Project Overview
Anchorage Parks and Recreation worked with recreation staff, stakeholders, and user groups to develop a strategic plan for the Fairview Recreation Center. The strategic plan outlines goals, objectives, and actions to ensure the center meets the diverse needs of the Anchorage community. The plan establishes a vision and framework for the center's future development, management, and maintenance. Click here to view the 2023 Strategic Plan Progress Report.
