Anchorage offers plenty of outdoor fun, but sometimes rain and snow have folks retreating indoors. Luckily, the Fairview Community Recreation Center has Alaska's first-ever, inclusive, indoor playground for year-round use! Climb, play, romp, and explore while checking out this fantastic playground.
Rules
- Play equipment is for children 12 years and younger.
- Children under 7 years of age require adult supervision.
- No adult is permitted entry unless accompanying a child.
- Remove shoes, loose articles of clothing, jewelry, and sharp objects. Please, no toys in the playground area.
- Socks are required by all users at all times, regardless of age.
- Slide one at a time in a seated position, feet first.
- Do not climb up or on the slides.
- Do not climb or stand on the outside of the equipment.
- No running.
- No food, drinks, or gum in the playground area.
- Be respectful of others. Do not push, hit, trip, spit upon, or injure others.
- Please park strollers in designated area.
- Do not change diapers in the playground area.
- Please use our family-friendly bathrooms.
- No unscheduled parties or events.
- Children or adults with a fever, cough, chills or other signs of illness will not be admitted.
- Any sign of alcohol or drug use is grounds for expulsion.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- For your safety, please report any incident to staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse admittance.
