• AMC 10.40.020 regarding Private Detective Agency License 
• Qualifications:  Applicant must be 18 years or older
• Term:  2 years (October 1st through September 30th) ​
• Fee:  $100

Provide the following with your application:

License Application F​orm
​State of Alaska Business License	​Must be current​
Copy of Work History	Must contain the present and previous occupations of the applicant and the names and addresses of present and ​former employers.
​​​Department​ of Public Safety Background Check Mail or hand-deliver Form to:​ Department of Public Safety​ 5700 E Tudor Rd. 2nd Floor) Anchorage, AK 99507	​Must be faxed by the Department of Public Safety directly to the Municipal Clerk's Office Provide two forms of i​dentification, one of which is government issued. Include payment in the form of cash or a ch​eck only.
