August 2024: The project is currently looking at site planning and feasibility for test-case site in Anchorage.

Project Background​:

This project will produce a report to the Assembly containing an existing conditions report of manufactured home communities (MHC) throughout the Anchorage Bowl and Chugiak/Eagle River, the current market demand for this housing type, and the potential costs for developing a new MHC.​
