Per AO 2012-124(s), Section 54, applications for entitlements under Title 21 for properties within the B-4 Zoning shall continue to be subject to, processed, and reviewed under the Title 21 code in effect as of February 25, 2013, until they are rezoned.
B-4 -- Rural Business District
The B-4 district is intended to serve the needs of rural residential areas for commercial goods and services. This district is governed by section 21.40.190 of the municipal code.
